Nugent House School’s Scarecrow Creations Bring Joy to Local Community

Our staff and students at Nugent House School created scarecrows as part of the St Helens Scarecrow Festival which took place during the October half term in support of local causes.

The school asked each class to make a scarecrow to form a ‘Nugent House School Scarecrow Family’. These were put on display outside the visitor carpark for the local community to enjoy as part of the wider Scarecrow Trail. As well as being a great way to bring the school community together while working in separate bubbles, it was lovely to be part of a project that gave the local people a smile as well.
