We are currently recruiting for: Registered Manager- Adoption
Hours of work: 39 hours per week.

Location of role: St Helens, Merseyside

Nugent is looking to find an innovative and motivated individual who will report into our Head of Residential (Children’s). They will lead and develop the adoption services and responsibilities within their remit, and with direction from the Head of Residential (Children’s), take the lead on continuous improvement. This will include the continued dedication towards growth targets and progressing new projects/developments right across Nugent’s dynamic and complex portfolio of Children’s Services.

As a qualified Social Worker and the Registered Manager for regulated services, you will have had extensive experience in social care and in the leadership and improvement of Ofsted regulated services. Your management and care qualifications, financial acumen and deep understanding of safeguarding issues will be welcomed. You will need to be very competent with all manners of software packages particularly as Nugent continues to implement electronic care records.
