Salary range of £64,027 – £69,114 per annum

Nugent is looking for an inspirational leader and exceptional individual to join us as our Chief Compliance Officer, who has experience of working at Board level.

This is a unique opportunity for you to join a successful and driven Team in a highly influential position within the organisation reporting to our Chief Executive.

Our ideal candidate will have significant experience of driving change and improvement at a senior level in a voluntary, commercial and/or public organisation; ideally, you will have experience of ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic oversight of risk and assurance frameworks.

You will bring experience of leading a portfolio of activities, which will include HR, Property, Legal, Governance, Planning and Performance. This post will play a pivotal role in delivering and embedding our strategy. It requires someone who can maintain clear strategic oversight but is prepared to roll their sleeves up when necessary.

As an experienced and committed leader you will provide support to your peers and leadership to your direct reports. You will promote a commercially astute culture across the organisation as we drive towards our vision of being an entirely dignified and outstanding organisation.

Closing date is December 31st 2018.  An Assessment Centre will be held in early January for those who are shortlisted. Formal interviews will be held on January 23rd at Nugent’s central office in Liverpool for those progressing on from the assessment centre.
