Clumber Care is based in Freshfield and provides high quality residential care for children and young people offering a safe, family environment from birth to 18 years.

We are looking to recruit experienced Child Care Workers with relevant residential expertise, to join our existing team. Clumber supports Children and Young People who have emotional, behavioural and Social Difficulties and has a provision for young mothers and their babies.
The successful candidates will have a determination to support and guide the children and young people within our provision. You will have a hardworking work ethic, an understanding of the difficult situations you will face and the patience to continually drive forward outstanding care.
Level 3 for the Children and Young People’s Workforce is required (or
equivalent) or a willingness to undertake this which is funded via Nugent’s
accredited assessment centre.
