James Nugent Court provides low dependency care for 56 older people and specialist dementia care. Our dedicated team creates a family atmosphere and strives to provide exceptional care.

Location of role: Liverpool, Merseyside

Hours of work: 39 hours per week

We are currently recruiting an experienced Registered Manager with exceptional leadership skills and a track record of improving standards of care to achieve our vision of being entirely Outstanding by 2020. You will be a highly motivated, dedicated and professional who can offer an excellent level of care to our residents and provide a positive working environment for our staff.

The successful candidate will have achieved a NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and have experience supervising the care of residence including diet and medical needs. You will support our staff in their training and development and ensure that highest level of care is delivered to all our residents.

This opportunity would suit a skilled registered manager who has the confidence to manage a large residential service and to further develop the Home to its full potential.
