The Learning and Development Department aims to ensure Nugent employees are not only equipped with the skills to carry out their current roles, but that Learning and Development provides the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for sustainable success. In addition Learning and Development contributes to Nugent being an employer and provider of choice. Together we will create a learning environment to enthuse, inspire, inform, encourage and facilitate best practice.

  • Planning, delivery and assessment of Learning and Development training sessions
  • Planning, delivery and assessment of City and Guilds qualifications, through the accredited in-house Assessment Centre
  • Advice and guidance on learning and development standards
  • Services of the City & Guilds accredited Assessment Centre
